Following the ceremony, we’re really looking forward to sitting down with you all and enjoying our wedding breakfast.

The menu reflects the season and the food we love, with ingredients sourced from Hampshire and the surrounding area where possible.

Starters

Isle of Wight Tomatoes (v)
Isle of Wight tomatoes, bocconcini, sweet basil gel, black olive soil

Brixham Crab Salad
Fresh crab, cucumber, sea vegetable, avocado and granny smith salad

Mains

Roasted Fillet of Hampshire Beef
Watercress purée, baby vegetables (carrots, asparagus, turnips)
Served with dauphinoise potatoes and port jus

Roasted Chalk Stream Trout
Saffron fondant, wilted greens, pea velouté

Cauliflower Mac ‘n’ Cheese Croquettes (v)
Pea purée, warm fine beans, mange tout & courgette salad garnish

Eton Mess (gf)
Berry gel, toasted meringue

Dark Chocolate Nemesis
Cherry gel, cherry ripple cream, white chocolate soil

You’ll be able to select your starter, main and dessert when you RSVP.

If you have any dietary requirements or allergies, please let us know when you respond & we’ll make sure these are shared with the catering team ahead of the day.
